L05A....$370.00 & up - Slinky, sexy, glittery & very affordable! This Latin dress consists of a high neck, keyhole back done in slinky glitterknit. It features cutouts in upper arm of sleeves,flounce at sleeve edges, plus a flirty, little flouncy skirt which moves well with the Latin movements....and can be done in an array of colors, fabrics or variations!!
Fee would be adjusted accordingly...and this would be off of the Express program.
