Crystal's Creations stands by the quality, workmanship & fit of each & every creation. So, if there is an issue, contact us immediately. We usually require to notify us within 24 hours of receiving your dress or item, but give up to 7 days if emergencies, illness or other situations arise.
Customer satisfaction is a priority. So, although most fashions or dresses are not returnable, as they are all artistically & carefully made one by one, not massed produced, with customer satisfaction being the utmost importance... any adjustments needed will be taken care of at no extra cost. If, however, you receive a dress you really feel doesn't look right on you, it can be exchanged for a dress of equal value. This exchange must be made within 14 days.
Custom orders are not returnable. Although, any adjustments needed will be taken care of at no extra cost. This does not include any extras you may wish to add or changes you decide to make once the fashion is completed per original order.
We cannot be responsible for fees one incurs if they take one of our creations to another company for alterations.
Give ample time to order custom creations in your size, usually 3-8 weeks notice, depending on other pending orders. If something is in need of adjustment, in most cases it will be taken care of at no extra charge.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
