Chris Campbell purchased the Wine & Roses Latin Rhythm Dress & craved more embellishing plus extra room in the arms & upper torso. Look at it now! I added some back detailing, split the sleeves & added a section that was blinged up beautifully to give her more room, added more Swarovski rhinestones overall, along with some hand beading!
